At Avon, we want you and your Customers to always be satisfied
with the products you purchase. That’s why we promise that if
you or your Customers are not happy with any purchase, you
can return it for exchange or your money back. No questions,
no fuss, no problem. When making a return, whether through
eZ Returns or traditionally, it is important to
follow some basic guidelines so that your transaction can
be processed quickly and accurately.
• Make sure you request credit for the correct items before
returning your products, to ensure that you receive the
correct credit.
• When requesting credit for sets or bundles, please return all
items; partial credit isn’t given.
• For traditional returns, use the correct address (see below).
An incorrect address causes delay and we can’t ensure the
processing time.
Processing a Traditional Return
Step 1 Request credit for the items that you would like to
return via FAST Talk, P.O. or eZ Returns.
Step 2 Pack and return the items using your selected carrier
(either UPS or the U.S. Postal Service). Please include a Return
Merchandise Authorization Form(RMA)—note, only one per box.
Also be sure that you include your name, address and account
number on your return package.

Processing an eZ Return- Best Way
Step 1 Log on to yourAVON. com, go to My Account and then click
eZ Returns on the left navigation bar.
Step 2 Enter the items you’re returning, print the shipping list
and shipping label. Then pack the package (include an RMA—
only one per box) and attach the shipping label. Then you are
free to ship the package to us by either UPS or the U.S. Postal
Service.
